Cubs win! 3-2
The 6 of us drove to Chicago together in Mom and Dad's car. We went to the Cubs vs Dodger's game. Happy for 4 of us the Cubs won. Tony & Madison are Dodger's fans. Why? I still don't know why Tony likes the Dodgers... and Madison... she just likes them because her daddy does. The weather was nice, almost a little too muggy but we had a nice breeze off the lake. They had a bald eagle fly across the field at the start of the game and landed on the handler's arm, who was standing on the mound. It was really neat and a nice tribute for Memorial Day. After the game, Mom and Dad finished the drive home to Iowa and our family took the South Shore back to South Bend where we picked up the van and arrived home around 10:15. It was a great and fun day to top off a fun weekend. Thanks mom and dad for coming out! I'm sure you had some recuperating to do once you got home.

Sounds like you had a fun day at the Cubs game. Quite a close game! Interesting that you took the South Shore back home. Was it fun?
I was thinking of Madison last night when I was watching the Cubs game and I was wondering if she was sure she wanted to be a Dodgers fan? :)
